The Challenge

Managing Amazon Customer Returns

One of the main challenges in maintaining accurate stock figures is managing Amazon customer returns within Odoo. Through a centralised system, it becomes possible to monitor the reasons for returns and determine whether items are sellable again or unsellable. Without this information in Odoo, it becomes exceedingly difficult to ascertain exact inventory counts and plan how much stock should be sent to FBA warehouses.
