Parnells is a leading supplier of castors, wheels, and tyres. They specialise in a comprehensive range of castors and wheels, from light-duty furniture applications to heavy-duty items supporting up to 50,000 kg. They supply various market sectors, including food and beverage, point of sale, material handling, hardware, steel fabrication, fishery, and agriculture. They are also a leading seller in Europe.

They also use dropshipping, however, they encountered a recurring challenge when processing dropship purchase orders. While sending purchase orders (POs) to vendors, they also needed to include the delivery slip for the dropship order. Odoo doesn't have a built-in feature to send both the PO and delivery slip in a single email, leading to manual workarounds. This resulted in wasted time as they had to send two separate emails for each order.

Parnells needed a solution that would allow them to send both the purchase order and delivery slip together in one email to their vendors. The existing method of sending separate emails was time-consuming. The client wanted to simplify this process to enhance efficiency and ensure timely communication.
