Reference Letter Request Process
The process is simple and user-friendly: employees log in to their accounts, navigate to the app, and initiate a reference letter request.
They provide essential details such as the purpose of the letter, the desired date, and whether they wish to include salary information.
Once the application is submitted, our advanced system takes over. It automatically generates a customised reference letter based on the employee's current salary, position, and other relevant details.
The generated letter is then securely sent to the employee's work email as a password-protected file. Ensuring utmost privacy and security, the password-protected file can only be opened by the employee, who simply needs to provide their PPS number.
