Kevin Barry
CEO
Kevin delivers an affordable, customisable, and advanced platform to you, ensuring high ROI, security, and efficient HR operations with dependable support. It is Kevin’s passion for innovation and customer service that is driving Numla to success today. As a technology enthusiast and successful team lead, Barry strives to create an impact in the HR management industry space.
Outside of his busy day-to-day business operations, one of Barry’s main pastimes is playing some of the world’s most famous golf courses in club tournaments and friendly matches. As a member of one of the world’s top 20 courses, Ballybunion Golf Club, after many years on the committee, Barry was bestowed the honour of Club Captain in 2021.

Our story
In the last two decades, we have come a long, long way. What started as a Belgian IT company in 2000 has grown into a multinational today empowering organisations across the USA, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East.
We have learned and evolved along this journey. In our first 15 years, we focused on implementing ERP and Business Intelligence Systems such as Oracle, JD Edwards, MS Dynamics, and IBM Cognos for blue-chip organisations like Baxter Healthcare and Johnson and Johnson. Deep experience and interactions with clients taught us that traditional ERP systems fall short of expectations – they are efficient, harder to customise, and present a high cost of ownership.
Going true by Numla Values, in addition to ERP, we created a solution when we see a problem. We created a proprietary HRMS that would be flexible, adaptable, and enable human resources like never before. We moved our head office to Ireland in the year 2017, thus marking the beginning of a new era. Today large enterprises and public listed companies depend on us for their day-to-day operations and we are committed to serving them with quality and excellence.
