Accessing the Who Works Where App


To access the Who Works Where module within the NumlaHR solution, begin by logging in with the credentials provided by your organisation. Once logged in, you'll find yourself on the main dashboard, which serves as the central hub for accessing various features and functionalities. To navigate to the Who Works Where module look for an app with an icon shown below, or you can just type “Who Works Where” on the screen to find it.

Organisational Structure


Organisational structure defines how roles and responsibilities are arranged within a company. Organisational structure in the Who Works Where app allows users to view employee positions, emails, and contact information, facilitating clear communication and collaboration within the organisation. In this app, users can manage and visualise this structure efficiently.

  • To access the organisation structure go to Who Works Where > Organisation structure.

Directory


The directory feature in the Who Works Where app provides users with access to comprehensive employee information, including their personal details, work-related information, and contact details. Users can easily search for employees by name, department, or position, and view their profiles to access relevant information. Additionally, the directory may include an organisational chart functionality, allowing users to visualise the hierarchical structure of the organisation and understand reporting relationships at a glance. This feature enhances communication and collaboration by ensuring easy access to employee information and promoting transparency within the organisation.

  • To access” Directory” go to Who Works Where App > Directory.

  • Then click on the employee profile to check their information.
  • To export or archive any value, first select it using the available checkbox on the left. Then go to “Actions” and select the following options.
