Key Challenge: Ineffective Communication Medium
The key challenge faced by JFE was the ineffective communication medium. Many of their clients use WhatsApp, and sending updates about their orders through emails or SMS wasn't the most effective method. Clients expressed a desire to integrate their system with WhatsApp so that notifications could be sent directly from the system to their WhatsApp numbers.
